Shipping policy

Trikalaa ships sarees to customers in India and internationally. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order weight, and package dimensions. All orders are dispatched through our selected courier partners and are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective courier service.

Domestic Orders:
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation.

International Orders:
International shipments are generally delivered within 15 to 20 working days from the date of payment confirmation, subject to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or regional restrictions. Trikalaa is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or errors caused by the courier service.

In the event an order is damaged in transit or lost by the courier, Trikalaa shall not be held liable. We are also not responsible for orders that remain unclaimed or are returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
