At Trikalaa, each saree is carefully handwoven and curated with utmost attention to quality. We aim to offer you a seamless experience.

Order Cancellation

  • Allowed only before dispatch
  • Not possible once the order is shipped

Returns & Exchanges

Accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • There is a major mismatch

⏳ Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed
  • Original tags & packaging intact
  • Unboxing video required as proof

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized/altered sarees
  • Minor color variations (due to lighting/screens)
  • Used or damaged items after delivery

Note: Slight irregularities are natural in handloom products and not defects.

Return Process

  1. Share Order ID + images/videos via WhatsApp/email
  2. Approval within 24–48 hours
  3. Reverse pickup arranged (if available) or self-shipping required

Refunds

  • Processed after quality check
  • Timeline: 5–7 working days
  • Issued to original payment method or store credit

Shipping Charges

  • Non-refundable
  • Return shipping:Free (if issue is from our side)Chargeable (otherwise)
