We want you to have a delightful experience with our handloom sarees. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the saree must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, makeup marks, or alterations will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted in cases where an incorrect product is delivered, the product arrives damaged, or there is a genuine quality issue such as weaving defects or tears. Please note that minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or thread irregularities are a natural characteristic of handloom products and do not qualify as defects.
Once a return request is raised, customers may be asked to share clear images or videos of the product for verification. Approved requests will be processed within 24–48 hours. After the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
We offer free return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping charges may apply.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection. In some cases, customers may also choose store credit, which may include an added value benefit.
Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different colour or variant, subject to availability.
Items purchased during sales or special discounts may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Each handloom saree is a unique creation crafted by skilled artisans, and slight irregularities are a mark of authenticity. By placing an order, you acknowledge and appreciate the individuality of handcrafted textiles.
